Kwacha Baptist Church is striving to be a Bible-teaching and a Bible-preaching church that takes this pastoral ministry with a passion to be God-centered.
We want to do, say and think with a desire to minister to all, in our ministries that should include something for everyone so that we all honour and glorify God by making and maturing disciples who are becoming more like the Lord Jesus Christ.
We strive to put our pulpit ministry back to where it should be at the centre of our church, and the Bible to always be the basis for what we believe and teach.

At Kwacha Baptist Church, we strive to meet people’s spiritual needs through the preaching and teaching of God’s Word, Sunday Bible Study, Small Home Group Weekly Meeting, as well as in Age Group meetings of ministry to children, Youth, Women and Men
Marriage, family and personal counseling are available for those with special needs and our pastor is equipped and ready to serve people just like you.

Sunday School Ministry

The teaching of the Word of God was paramount in the ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ, and it is to be of great importance to us.

The purpose of our Sunday school ministry is to gather families for Bible Study using the Bible as our textbook.

The Sunday school family Bible hour helps us to understand what the Bible teaches and search for the truths of the Word of God and apply them to personal life and church life.

We want God's Word to affect that change in us that will give stability, peace, and purpose to our daily personal, family and church lives.

The Word of God has the answers to meet every need.

Our Sunday school family Bible Study is organized according to age and is taught at 9:30 to 10:30 A.M every Sunday mornings

From 2011, we want our adults to enjoy the systematic teaching of the Word of God so as to not only grow in our understanding of the Word of God but also in how we are to live in light of His Word and also allow us to build close fellowship and friendships quickly.

Our Children's Ministry exists to honour God by partnering with parents to transform our children into spiritual champions by giving them a Christ Centred Children’s programme through AWANA and Followers of Jesus Programmes.

We believe that children are a gift from God and should be lovingly taught and encouraged to have Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour and continually seek to grow in their relationship with Him. Charles Spurgeon said, “A child of five years if well taught from the Scriptures will receive Christ as personal Saviour.”

Kwacha Baptist Children’s Ministry aims at teaching the Scriptures to the children that they may receive Him as their personal Saviour and Lord in their young age to serve Him through out their life. We do this ministry by coordinating children’s Life Groups, camps, Vacation Bible School, Bible Quizzes, sports, inter church children’s Bible Studies and the parenting classes and other strategic events.

The ministry is organized and designed to target our next generation of leaders, the children so that we impact communities for the Kingdom, share Christ with them, foster life change in the hearts of children, and connect families to church.

The purpose of our Youth Ministry is to reach young people, both within and outside the church, with the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ so that they know Him as their personal Saviour and Lord and glorify Him in their private and public living and be actively involved in the life this church.

The goal of the youth ministry at kwacha Baptist Church is to provide opportunity to the youth for godly fellowship, spiritual nourishment for spiritual growth for the believers and to explain the gospel of salvation for seekers so that they too may receive Him as their personal Saviour and Lord.

We strive to provide to the different teenage youth enjoyable, interesting and stimulating Bible Study discussions, sports activities and seminars to help young people develop spiritually, intellectually, emotionally and socially.

Our Youth Group exists to accept non-believing youth to impact them through believing Christians and to draw them into a relationship with Jesus Christ.

We aim at drawing believing Christians closer in their walk with Christ through Bible study, activities, service and discipleship and we strive to give them chance to build relationships, grow in their faith, and develop a biblical view of life.

We want to achieve all this through various activities such as Sunday School Classes, Bible Study, Discipleship Group, Special Events, Mission Trips, sports youth conferences and meetings with sister Baptist Churches.

The youth meet on Sundays at 9:30 A.M. for Bible study and at 14:00 hours for the Youth Fellowship meetings.

The women’s Ministry meet every Thursday afternoon for fellowship, prayer, Bible study, hospital visitation, and outreach. Each Thursday has a particular activity of ministry involvement

Men’s Ministry

The men’s Ministry meet every Sunday afternoon for fellowship, prayer, Bible study, hospital visitation, and outreach. Each afternoon has a particular activity of ministry involvement. Our men enjoy the systematic teaching of the Word of God.
We grow in our understanding of the Word of God but also in how we are to live in light of His Word. The men’s ministry and fellowship also allow us to build close fellowship and friendships quickly.
